Sit with the legs stretched right in front of your body. Cross the legs in ankles, and pull the feets towards your body. Knees must be on the floor, or on the same distance from the floor.
Put the hands on the knees. Stretch the spine rotating with the chest forward, lifting the chest to the above and allowing the top of the head to move to the above and away from the body. Back part of the neck should be lengthy, and chin parallel with the floor.
You should maintain the spine straight, but it should be relaxed.
While you maintain this posture, breathe deep and let your attention be in the body, and on the breathing.
